Launches Phoenix Global Resource Center
NEW YORK – Dec. 17, 2020 — As part of our larger initiative to empower remote workforces and expand our virtual administrative support, Epiq has launched a second Global Resource Center (“GRC”) located in Phoenix, Arizona.
The Phoenix location is in addition to our Atlanta GRC and expands Epiq’s ability to support clients with administrative and shared services such as document/word processing, proofreading, marketing, virtual reception, call center, time entry, AP/AR, virtual administrative and legal assistant support.
Positioned in a strategic location within the Phoenix metro area, the new center also enhances Epiq’s 24/7/365 ability to service clients across all time zones, including organizations on the west coast of the US.
