Sarah Cordner is a senior director of client services at Epiq, where she leads the company’s legal solutions business in Australia and New Zealand. She brings to her role over 25 years of corporate, law firm and professional services experience, specialising in eDiscovery, large-scale document management projects, and computer forensic investigations. An industry veteran, Cordner is a skilled communicator, adept problem solver, and builder and leader of diverse, high-performing teams. She believes in a collaborative approach, utilising her strong planning and organisational skills to help clients achieve their goals.
Cordner led forensic and eDiscovery efforts at three of the Big Four accounting firms, having held senior leadership positions at Deloitte, Ernst & Young, and most recently KPMG. She also worked at e-law, King & Wood Mallesons, and Minter Ellison, focusing on applied legal technology (ALT) services, document management, and operations. Prior to moving in to the legal technology industry, Cordner also held roles at Australian Airlines and Qantas.
Cordner holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom), majoring in Accounting, from the University of Melbourne. She is also a licenced investigator, holding a Certificate III in Investigative Services, and a published author on self-leadership.
