Allison Lee is a Senior Project Manager in the Client Services department at Epiq. In this role, she is responsible for managing day-to-day activities related to complex eDiscovery projects. Allison liaises with various client services associates and other departments to provide proper coverage and support for clients. Establishing project plans, she works with clients to create best practices for their needs and troubleshoots any issues. Allison has served as the primary project manager for one of Epiq’s largest and longest standing clients. In that capacity, she has managed over 150 projects, with a particular focus on defensible data reduction and review acceleration, early case assessment workflows and analytics best practices. Allison is also one of Epiq’s most experienced Second Request specialists. With two already under her belt this year, Allison has managed numerous Second Requests with the FTC and DOJ over the course of her career. Prior to joining the Client Services group, Allison was a consultant at Epiq, where she served as the primary point of contact with key client representatives for support and maintenance of various proprietary products. Prior to joining Epiq, she held various positions at IntraLinks, including operations manager/application support and senior client specialist. Allison holds a B.A. in Computer Science from New York University, College of Arts and Science.
