Jason Bell-Masterson has more than a decade of experience in eDiscovery across a variety of positions and locations. Prior to his current role as director of client services and document review services, he was a manager of client services for Epiq in Toronto. Bell-Masterson has also worked in Epiq’s Tokyo and New York City offices as a global client leader and project manager in client services.
Throughout his time at Epiq, Bell-Masterson has helped develop and spread industry best practices to ensure client needs are met, especially on large, complex, global matters.
PREVIOUS PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Prior to Epiq, Bell-Masterson worked at Quislex in India, where he served as a litigation manager, overseeing a team of document review managers conducting large scale reviews for clients in the banking, oil and gas, and insurance industries.
During the course of his career, he has specialized in leveraging technology and automation to drive efficiencies, identifying and implementing process improvements, and managing cross-cultural teams.
Bell-Masterson holds a JD from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and a BA in Philosophy from Brandeis University. He is also a member in good standing of the Illinois Bar.
