With over 30 years of experience in the legal industry, Susan has significant Business Process Outsourcing experience, specifically developing and implementing solutions in the administrative support and document processing space for Am Law clients. She has extensive experience creating workflow solutions to gauge, establish and track performance, productivity, and workflow metrics for global law firms. Prior to Epiq, Susan was the founder of Support Services Group, Inc., a consulting and outsourcing services provider for law firms mainly focused on document production, information technology, litigation resource management and secretarial/admin support services. Susan holds has a bachelor’s degree in Information Management from Fordham University.
