Tiffany de la Cerda is a vice president of the Epiq mass torts team and has been a leading expert in the mass tort space since 2011. She is responsible for working with plaintiff law firms across the country to introduce them to the wide array of mass tort and asbestos case development and settlement services that Epiq offers. de la Cerda consults with firms to understand their specific needs and designs a program that best fits the firm or specific project. Whether it is a small firm or a large firm, de la Cerda helps clients develop their mass tort practice and presence as well as help with key projects and maintaining firm efficiency.
She has worked on several projects including:
- Asbestos Malignancy Program
- Asbestos Private Lien Resolution Program 1 and 2
- Asbestos Non-Malignancy Program
- Various MDLS including IVC Filters, Hernia Mesh, TVM, 3M, and Roundup
Tiffany earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Sam Houston State University where she played Division I Golf.
