ATLANTA – May 10, 2018 — Epiq, a global leader in the legal services industry, today announced it has added two new directors to the business process solutions (BPS) leadership team to focus on technology and process improvement.
Daniel M. Lissek joins as director of technology. Lissek joins Epiq with 20 years of technology experience. Most recently, he held the position of IT director with a management consulting firm, and previously held CIO and IT director positions for two law firms for almost 12 years.
“Dan will be focused on leading our technology initiatives including enhancements and new opportunities to better serve and retain our current clients,” said Lisa Dady, president of Epiq business process solutions. “Dan’s leadership experience in this industry and experience on the client side makes him an ideal fit for this role.”
Darren McKay joins as director of process improvement. McKay will focus on continuous improvement and best practices adoption among Epiq field teams that serve clients across 425 onsite operations throughout North America. He brings more than 25 years of experience to this role.
