Eric Kerwood Managing Director, Corporate Restructuring

Eric Kerwood is managing director for Epiq’s corporate restructuring group. He has more than 20 years of restructuring experience, currently focusing on strategic client initiatives and business development.

Kerwood is a Certified Insolvency and Reorganization Advisor (CIRA) and a Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP). He is a member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and on the Board of the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Advisors (AIRA). He earned a Bachelor of Science with concentrations in finance and international management studies from Boston College.
