Brennen Kelly is a vice president of the class action division, chair of its consumer finance practice, and co-chair of the regulatory remediation group at Epiq. He helps clients optimize the claims administration process from notice to disbursement. Kelly also works closely with financial institutions architecting borrower outreach, remediation and distribution programs. Kelly has taken lead consulting roles with corporate legal departments, outside counsel, and plaintiffs’ class counsel on a number of high-profile class action matters and regulatory consent orders, including:

  • In re: Payment Card Interchange Fee and Merchant Discount
  • Antitrust Litigation
  • In re: Checking Account Overdraft Litigation (MDL 2036)
  • Lender Placed Insurance settlements in the Southern District of Florida
  • Multiple fair lending and mortgage-related consent orders between financial institutions and the OCC, DOJ, CFPB, and the Federal Reserve Board of Governors emanating from the financial crisis

Kelly holds a Juris Doctor from Chicago-Kent College of Law and a bachelor of arts from the University of Michigan.
