Most organisations have a documented cyber incident response plan, but in today’s reality, it’s simply not enough.

In the eye of a cyber storm, the incident response plan may not be accessible, nor does it adjust or pivot as decisions are made. A digital cyber tabletop exercise helps legal teams move from paper to practice.

In this session, Randi Zimmer, Director of Cyber Incident Response at Epiq, conducts a digital tabletop exercise that simulates a cyber incident. This exercise puts law firms in the shoes of their clients so they can effectively support them through an incident. Our panel, with the audience participants, gamifies the decisions made regarding a documented response plan.
