David’s background spans practitioner, consulting, and executive roles across private and public sectors, where he guided complex information governance initiatives and data‑driven programs. He has published and presented on information governance and records management. His technology certifications include Information Governance Professional (IGP) from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), and Artificial Intelligence Governance Professional (AIGP) from IAPP credentials. David received his MBA from Rutgers University and a BS in Economics from the University of Delaware.
