The European Circle for Competition Damages Annual Conference returns to Budapest, Hungary, on 8-9 October 2026.

Under the theme "The Future of the Private Enforcement of Competition Law in the Digital Sphere: New Perspectives on Emerging Challenges", the conference will examine how competition law is adapting to digital markets, Big Tech litigation, collective actions and the Digital Markets Act. Through expert panels and keynote discussions, delegates will explore the latest legal, economic and regulatory developments shaping competition damages claims across Europe.
