James Maxwell Senior Director, Trial Solutions

James is a Senior Director of Trial Technology Solutions and has 15 years' experience within the legal industry.
 
James works with law firms to develop and manage their obligations related to civil actions including setting out best practices, advice and cost budgeting specific to court and hearing technology solutions. This includes real-time transcription, electronic presentation of evidence and electronic bundling services.
 
He helps Epiq clients successfully navigate related issues for litigation, arbitration, regulatory matters and investigations. His case experience spans several key practice areas including; patent, contract law, shareholder disputes, employment, environmental, construction, complex commercial litigation and whistle-blowing matters.
 
James holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from The University of Huddersfield. He is also a Relativity Certified Sales Professional (RCSP).
