François advises general counsel and legal leadership on complex transformation initiatives and improving the operations of enterprise legal departments. He enables organizations to clarify their legal operations vision, design fit for purpose operating models, and implement people, process, and technology frameworks that support scale, improve governance, and achieve measurable results.

His over 15 years of experience spans legal operations, regulatory compliance, governance, change management, and legal technology. As Legal Transformation Director at Kering Group, he led the redesign of a legal function comprising over 250 lawyers across 26 countries. This included governance restructuring, deployment of AI tools and performance dashboards, and adoption of data-driven management practices, delivering material improvements in efficiency and a 27 point increase in team satisfaction. 

François graduated as valedictorian from HEC Montreal with an MSC in eBusiness, and Paris 1 University La Sorbonne with a Masters of Law. His team at Kering won the Leaders League — Best Legal Ops Team, France award in 2024 and 2025. He is also an EBIOS Risk Manager, a confirmed ISO 27005 — Lead Risk Manager, an ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, a Safe5 Agilist, and a Professional Scrum Master. François is also fluent in French and English and is based in Paris, France.
