Kate Mailloux is senior director, consulting services at Epiq. Mailloux manages all aspects of chapter 11 bankruptcy case administration, including preparation of the creditor matrix, Schedules of Assets and Liabilities and Statements of Financial Affairs, claims reconciliation and analysis, balloting & solicitation, and disbursements, among others.

Mailloux brings more than 15 years of restructuring experience with clients across various industries.

Mailloux holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance and economics from James Madison University. She is a member of International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation and Turnaround Management Association.
