Nelte is a senior talent leader bringing more than two decades of experience in legal practice, recruitment, business partnership, and client delivery. Prior to joining Epiq, Nelte worked as a finance lawyer at Linklaters, advising leading financial institutions, including as an in-house secondee. More recently, she served as Vice President for Talent Experience at Axiom, having previously led their recruitment and talent management functions in the UK, Continental Europe, and Asia for over ten years.
