Concierge

The first person a visitor or employee meets when they enter your offices typically represent the first impression of your brand and culture. We believe that this role can be much more than a traditional receptionist and can be responsible for elevating employee and guest experience alike, as such we refer to this position as a Concierge.

The duties of the Concierge role can be customized to meet the specific needs of your organization, ensuring an excellent and tailored guest experience no matter the office location. They will be responsible for welcoming incoming visitors, guests, hoteling staff members, and employees with a warm and energetic greeting to provide a good first impression.

They will notify staff when guests arrive, provide a guest badge, and assist the guest with navigating to their destination within your locations.
 

Virtual Reception

As remote work continues to be a priority for organizations, many are adding virtual reception to their front office strategy. Our highly skilled employees are trained to manage inbound calls and visitors as an in-house member of staff would, but from another office or location, such as one of our global resource centers. Epiq can also help you install lobby check-in kiosks for touchless check-ins in lieu of traditional reception.
