Catherine J. Moynihan is a senior director of Strategic Intelligence for the Epiq Advisory legal market intelligence program. She leads global engagement initiatives for legal department executives focused on transformation.
Before joining Epiq, Catherine launched and led the Legal Operations section at the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC). She developed the ACC Legal Operations Maturity Model, toolkit, and training, and directed the ACC Value Champions program to spotlight and share leading practices that improve operational effectiveness.
Catherine holds an MBA from Columbia University and a BA in International Relations and English from the University of Virginia. She serves as a trustee of the College of Law Practice Management, which honors distinguished professionals in law practice management.
