Experienced Litigation and Class Action Leader Joins Epiq To Support Continued Growth in the Canadian Market

TORONTO, Sept. 23, 2026 — Epiq today announced the appointment of Geneviève Bertrand as Vice President, Class Action Solutions, to lead the Epiq Canadian Class Action Administration practice. 

In this role, Bertrand will work closely with corporate legal departments, law firms, courts, and other stakeholders to deliver strategic guidance and end-to-end administration solutions for complex class action matters across Canada. 

Bertrand brings more than fifteen years of experience advising organizations on complex litigation, investigations, regulatory matters, and class actions, in both English and French. Throughout her career, she’s been involved in a range of bilingual class action matters spanning the pharmaceutical, product liability, insurance, retail, broker-dealer, and securities sectors. Her experience includes representing clients before all levels of court in Québec, the Federal Court of Canada, and the Supreme Court of Canada, as well as advising clients on regulatory and compliance issues affecting highly regulated industries.
