Epiq utilized its standard contract process. We worked with the client to customize a playbook for the unique issues associated with the review, configured the AI tool, and trained the review team. As the review progressed, we escalated issues not addressed in the playbook to the law firm and adjusted the playbook accordingly. At the end of the project, Epiq delivered the results of the analysis as structured data so that the law firm could easily determine which contracts had provisions germane to their arguments.
