1. What is Epiq Access?
Epiq Access* is part of our commitment to digital transformation, modernizing our client's interactions with Epiq-hosted eDiscovery services and applications. Epiq Access is our “all-in-one” client portal which provides a modern digital interface that can simplify your team’s day-to-day eDiscovery work by providing single sign-on (SSO) access to all Epiq hosted applications (including Relativity). This single sign-on approach makes it easier to manage end-user access to specific projects, while improving the overall security of your environment. Epiq Access acts as the user interface for the Epiq Service Cloud*. 
With Epiq Access, you login once to access all of your applications – you no longer need to remember different passwords for multiple legal systems.  It is the singular portal into your Epiq portfolio and projects. 

2. What are the benefits of using Epiq Access? 

  1. A single URL to remember for accessing Epiq 

  2. Sign on once for a faster more efficient access to all of your Epiq hosted Applications 

  3. Added Security via Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

  4. For select users, other Epiq access features include: 

    • On-Demand matter and contract level reporting 

    • Ability to submit work requests 

    • Access to Support when you need help 


3. If I am already using Epiq Access, do I need to do anything? 

  • If you are already using Epiq Access, you don’t need to do anything!  Congratulations and continue enjoying Epiq Access.   


4. How much does Epiq Access cost? 

  • Best part about Epiq Access is it is free for new and existing clients.

7. What should I do if I have not received my Epiq Access Welcome email?

  • Check your SPAM folder or email from noreply@epiqglobal.com

  • Contact our Epiq Global Services Support team at support@epiqglobal.com  Tel:  USA: 1 800 794 4430 or +1 913 998 7073 and let them know you need a welcome email from Epiq Access.


8. What should I do if my welcome email from Epiq Access has expired?
If your email from Epiq Access has expired, you can request a new one by clicking on the "forgot your password" link on the https://access.epiqglobal.com web page. Also look in your spam or junk folder as Epiq Access will automatically resend you a new welcome email with a link if your previous welcome email link is expired.

9. How will I log into my applications such as Relativity? 

  • You will access your applications like Relativity directly though the Epiq Access Applications tab. If you have access to multiple environments they will all appear under this tab. No application specific passwords are required after your initial Epiq Access login.


10. Will I be able to login directly to my Relativity URL?

  • No, all Relativity instances will be access directly through Epiq Access. 


11. Will I be able to use 2-factor authentication with Epiq Access?

  • Yes!  Epiq Access is compatible with multiple multifactor and 2-factor authentication options, and will be set up by default with a 2 factor authentication for added security.  Our Epiq Global Services Support team will be working with you to help you set up your Epiq Access account.

12. Who do I contact if I have issues when logging into Epiq Access? 

  • Contact your Client Services Project Management team using the communication protocols discussed at matter kick-off, or for afterhours support you can contact our Epiq Global Services Support team at support@epiqglobal.com coping your project distribution list or at +1 USA: 1 800 794 4430 or +1 913 998 7073


13. What if I get this error “Your account is not configured to use this application” 

  • Contact your Client Services Project Management team using the communication protocols discussed at matter kick-off, or for afterhours support you can contact our Epiq Global Services Support team at support@epiqglobal.com coping your project distribution list or at +1 USA: 1 800 794 4430 or +1 913 998 7073


14. What if I have multiple Relativity URLs I use on a regular basis? 


15. What should I do if I don’t see my Relativity workspace in Epiq Access?

16. Has Epiq done penetration testing on Epiq Access?  

  • Yes!  Epiq Access Penetration testing is done regularly in line with our security testing protocols.  

  • If you would like to know more about Epiq Access security, please request this from your Client Services team. 


17. Do I need to have my IT department update our whitelist? 

  • Whitelist access.epiqglobal.com and signon.epiqglobal.com

  • If you can’t whitelist access.epiqglobal.com and signon.epiqglobal.com , and can only whitelist by IP address, please contact Epiq Global Services Support team at support@epiqglobal.com  USA: 1 800 794 4430 or +1 913 998 7073
