Kevin Boyle has more than 30 years of experience providing legal counsel assisting corporate boards and senior management teams of public and private companies in achieving strategic growth and value creation. Beyond his expertise in corporate governance, M&A, enterprise risk management, government contracting, and complex regulatory environments, Kevin’s experience encompasses cybersecurity oversight, emerging AI governance, and technology-enabled products and services.
Boyle most recently served as Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of V2X, Inc. (NYSE: VVX), a global provider of mission solutions supporting US and allied defense, intelligence, and civilian clients. During his tenure, revenue quadrupled to over US $4 billion and market capitalization increased fivefold.
Previously, he served as General Counsel of Vencore, where he helped lead the company through its initial public offering and subsequent strategic combination that created Perspecta (NYSE: PRSP), a $4.3 billion government technology services provider.
Kevin serves on the Board of Advisors of ASRC Federal and on the Boards of Directors of VHC Health and the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts. He received his J.D. from Tulane University School of Law and his B.A. from Yale University.
