NEW YORK, March 26, 2026 — Epiq announced today the formal appointment of Brad Tuttle as President of Restructuring and Bankruptcy, recognizing the success of Epiq Restructuring and Bankruptcy Services under his leadership.  

Tuttle has led the company’s Corporate Restructuring business for 10 years and, more recently, assumed responsibility for Epiq Automated Access to Court Electronic Records (AACER) and Trustee Services.  

With more than 25 years of experience in the bankruptcy industry, Tuttle has overseen the business through significant change, adapting services to meet faster timelines and evolving administrative demands.
