Recognized for Successfully Managing More Than $19 Billion in Settlements Over 16 Years

NEW YORK, Aug. 4, 2026 — Epiq announced today that it has again ranked No. 1 among antitrust claims administrators in the US. For the eighth consecutive year, Epiq leads in the number of settlements administered and the aggregate settlement amount.

According to data released in the “2025 Antitrust Annual Report: Class Actions in Federal Court,” Epiq managed settlements totaling over $19.1 billion across 483 settlements between 2009 and 2025, with an average settlement of more than $39.6 million. The Epiq aggregate settlement amount nearly triples that of the second-ranked company, which reportedly managed $7.5 billion across 182 settlements.

The report is produced in partnership with the Center for Litigation and Courts at the University of California Law San Francisco and The Huntington National Bank. The report notes that the cumulative total of settlements was $51.8 billion from 2009 to 2025, with annual settlements ranging from $225 million to $9.6 billion. The report also notes that during the same period, most antitrust class actions that reached final approval did so within five to seven years.
