Three Years In, Has Generative AI Made a Meaningful Contribution to E-Discovery?

Three years used to be a good time frame for assessing the impact of technology on the various processes that drive legal and business outcomes. It’s not entirely clear if that’s a good measure anymore, but I thought it would be interesting to review the impact of generative artificial intelligence on e-discovery since it was foisted upon us in 2022, according to this article from JD Supra.
