Mark is a senior director at Epiq, bringing 20 years of experience consulting on legal industry technologies. He leads projects focused on document management, law firm risk management, and enterprise search, with a strong emphasis on aligning technology with information governance.​

​Mark specializes in large-scale document management migrations and is a subject matter expert in law firm conflicts data. He guides firms and legal departments through system selection, information governance roadmaps, and legal taxonomy development. He also leads multi-year engagements to help firms transition to a need-to-know security model. Mark has deep implementation expertise in document management systems (DMS) from iManage and NetDocuments. He is certified across Intapp’s full suite of risk and data management technologies.​

​Based in New York City, Mark has worked with some of the largest and most prestigious international law firms and corporate legal departments in the United States and abroad.
