Michelle Connolly Senior Vice President, Strategy, Technology & Business Enablement

Michelle Connolly has more than 20 years’ experience in Strategy, Marketing, Business Development, Technology and Client Operations Management. She oversees Epiq’s Global Business Transformation Solutions’ Strategy, Solutions Architect, Technology and Marketing teams where she is responsible for ensuring the solutions Epiq builds for its clients are creative, modern, financially rewarding and deliver exceptional operational outcomes that solve real-world business problems. In addition to solution development, Michelle’s responsibilities include business-wide strategic initiatives, technology advancement and product innovation.

Michelle is also an experienced mentor within Epiq’s mentorship program as well as several outside organizations. She was the Executive Sponsor for Epiq’s ERG, Epiq Women in 2020-2022 and is a member of Epiq’s company-wide Senior Leadership Team.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in speech communications and journalism from the University of Houston
