Scott Berger leads the global eDiscovery managed services program for Epiq. He has more than 16 years of experience in the development, design, implementation, and execution of eDiscovery services and technology. He designs and leads the successful implementation of operating eDiscovery frameworks for clients, ensuring effective delivery of services to agreed business outcomes, expectations and service levels. Berger has also served as a frequent speaker and consultant on the topics of eDiscovery managed services, eDiscovery business design, and technology landscape for eDiscovery.

In 2022 Berger was honored by winning the Leaders in Legal Tech Law Awards Lifetime Achievement recognition by ALM for creating the concept of eDiscovery Managed Services in 2007, and for model improvements since it's creation.
