Spencer is a professional consultant with more than 18 years spent in the technology industry and over 12 years of experience in legal technology. He focuses especially on contracts management tools. Spencer has delivered dozens of contracts solutions across a variety of industries and has also worked in-house, managing the same applications he delivered.

Spencer is passionate about clear documentation and quality assurance testing and how they support excellent software projects. He focuses heavily on delivery methodology and long-term planning of scaled software implementations.

Educated at California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, CA and Philipps-Universität in Marburg, Germany, he holds a hybrid degree from Cal Poly.
