Suzette leads the Cyber Incident Response Review organization as well as the Managed Services Business Operations within Epiq.  With over 20 years of Legal Operating experience, Suzette has proven abilities in strategic planning, efficiency improvement and leading teams to operational excellence.  As the Vice President of Business Operations she focuses on both short-term and long-term strategy, team building, automation, complex problem solving and ensuring quality in delivery for both eDiscovery Managed Services and Cyber Incident Response.  She is Lean Six Sigma Belt certified and applies that expertise to identify strengths and weaknesses in process to focus on continuous improvement thereby elevating the overall client experience.
