Tanya Crosse Director, Legal Spend Management

Tanya Crosse leads a team of experts who advise legal departments on managing their outside counsel spend. She has over 20 years of experience in the legal industry as a managing and in-house attorney, insurance industry expert, and legal spend analyst. Prior to joining Epiq in 2020, Tanya worked in spend analytics at another ALSP, where she assisted clients in improving their data quality and driving cost containment. She also has an extensive background as a consultant for national insurance companies in outside counsel management, trend analysis, and implementation of best practices. A dual citizen of Canada and the US, Tanya graduated with her B.A. in English and History from Mount Allison University and a J.D. from the University of New Brunswick.
