Victoria Waciura is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership on class action and mass tort project solutions, and implementing notice and settlement administration programs in complex litigation and regulatory matters. She provides consultative advice on all aspects of the class action settlement process, from notice plan implementation through claims processing and disbursements.

Since 2012, Waciura has worked on some of the largest and most complex settlements in history, including:

  • In re: Payment Card Interchange Fee and Merchant Discount Antitrust Litigation (approval of $7 billion settlement reversed and remanded on other grounds)
  • In re Takata Airbag Product Liability Litigation (partial settlements of $1.2 billion)
  • In re Merck & Co., Inc. Securities, Derivative & “Erisa” Litigation (Vioxx) (resolved for $830 million)
  • In re: Merck & Co., Inc. Vytorin/Zetia Securities Litigation & In re: Schering Plough Corporation/ENHANCE Securities Litigation (resolved for $688 million)
