Administered More Than Half of the Largest Settlements of All Time 

NEW YORK, Feb. 11, 2026 — For an eighth consecutive year, Epiq maintained its standing as the claims administrator of choice for the nation’s largest securities class actions, earning the No. 1 ranking in the newly released report, “The Top 100 US Class Action Settlements of All Time,” from Institutional Shareholder Services Securities Class Action Services (ISS SCAS). 

According to ISS SCAS, Epiq administered more than half of the Top 100 settlements of all time, reinforcing its role as the most frequently selected administrator for the largest and most complex matters. 

In total, Epiq has managed over $35.8 billion in settlement funds within the Top 100, maintaining a lead of more than $13 billion over the next closest administrator.
