Ranking based on 20 million ratings across 70,000 companies

NEW YORK – Sept. 25, 2025 – Epiq has been recognized as having the Best Work-Life Balance in the Comparably Awards announced this week, underscoring its commitment to build a high-performing, future-ready workforce. 

The awards are based entirely on anonymous feedback from current employees who have shared their feedback on Comparably.com about various company culture metrics over a 12-month period. Roughly 20 million ratings across 70,000 companies include areas like compensation, leadership, growth opportunities, and collaboration.
