His work centers on connecting operational expertise with emerging technologies to solve complex challenges and drive continuous improvement across service delivery.
Prior to his current role, Adam held a progression of operations and leadership positions focused on service delivery, process optimization, and organizational effectiveness. Adam holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona and is a Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA). He also holds an online Certification in AI-Driven Leadership: Strategies for the Future from Stanford University.
