Her multinational, 24/7/365 team of more than 80 professionals delivers data processing, search, hosting, and analytics services for over 150 clients. Charmaine drives operational transformation through automation, workflow optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. She enables teams to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, accelerate service delivery, and enhance client outcomes. She also partners on initiatives that advance AI capabilities and modernize legal services operations.
Charmaine has more than 25 years of experience in legal technology, eDiscovery operations, process improvement, and global team leadership. Prior to Epiq, she served as Director of Technology at DTI LLC and Director of eDiscovery Services at Integreon, where she spearheaded nationwide operations, supported ISO 27001 certification initiatives, and assisted in scaling service delivery capabilities. Earlier in her career, she played a key role in transforming traditional legal support organizations into technology-enabled eDiscovery providers. As Executive Sponsor of the Legal Solutions engagement committee at Epiq, Charmaine directs initiatives that focus on employee development, wellness, recognition, and knowledge sharing across a global workforce. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Computer Science from Baruch College, City University of New York.
