Christina Harrison (they/them) Manager, Epiq Advisory

Christina guides clients to optimize their legal operations through delivering data-driven insights, aligning outside counsel strategies, and implementing practical technology solutions tailored to complex business needs. They lead advisory efforts that enable analysis and interpretation of external legal spend through data modeling, so that clients make informed decisions and improve cost efficiency. Christina also supports organizations in understanding and managing outside counsel guidelines (OCGs), ensuring greater consistency, compliance, and value from legal service providers.

Christina brings over seven years of experience in legal technology to their role at Epiq, with expertise spanning document review, contracts, legal spend management, and research. Before this role, they led lawyer teams supporting complex legal operations and technology transformation initiatives, including the digitization and centralization of OCGs for Fortune 500 legal departments. 

In this capacity, they oversaw legal workflows, quality control, stakeholder coordination, and the translation of complex legal billing requirements into standardized technology frameworks that improved compliance, reduced review effort, and increased the effectiveness of legal spend management programs. Their ability to combine strategic planning with agile execution allows them to deliver scalable, client-focused solutions that evolve with changing industry demands.

Christina holds a BA from Miami University, an MA from the University of Cincinnati, and a JD from the University of Cincinnati College of Law.
