Din Duggan advises legal departments and law firms on how to better access, deploy, and sustain highly qualified legal talent. At Epiq Counsel, he focuses on delivery strategy, operations, and lawyer talent strategy. He connects clients with flexible legal talent and innovative solutions for complex legal organizations.

Drawing on experience across legal managed services, lawyer talent solutions, and legal operations, Din enables organizations to find the right legal expertise, scale support for complex work, and build more resilient operating models. He combines his commercial insight with a commitment to innovation in the legal industry.

Most recently, Din co-founded and led Tenor Legal as Co-CEO, which was acquired by Epiq in June of 2026. He was instrumental in scaling the firm to serve Fortune 500 companies and leading law firms across a range of flexible legal solutions. He previously led enterprise legal services engagements for global clients at Factor, where he deployed comprehensive legal talent and process capabilities to deliver novel solutions at scale to in-house legal departments. As Founding Managing Director of Engage Attorneys, a division of LegalPartners, Din partnered with leading clients and lawyers to develop talent solutions that optimize legal department operations.

Earlier in his career, Din was Head of Attorney Recruitment, Development, and Community across major offices of Axiom, managing a portfolio of more than 100 lawyers. He also worked in legal search and placement after beginning his career as a Partnership and Real Estate Tax Law Consultant at Ernst & Young.

Din received his JD from Georgetown University Law Center and his BA in Political Science from the University of Georgia.
