Jane Sullivan Consultant, Corporate Restructuring

Jane Sullivan is an Executive Consultant on the Corporate Restructuring team, with a specialty in public securities and solicitation.  Jane has focused on bankruptcy balloting and other restructuring assignments since 1991 and was instrumental in developing and implementing the solicitation procedures utilized in cases with public securities and special balloting and distribution needs.

Jane has worked on more than 200 bankruptcy solicitations, many of which have involved a large number of securities, including:

• CIT
• Delphi
• Energy Future Holdings
• Enron
• Lehman
• Motors Liquidation (GM)
• WorldCom

Jane helped to develop solicitation procedures for cases in the early 1990s that are still widely used today. She has also been instrumental in facilitating plan distributions, treatment elections and tender and exchange offers via The Depository Trust Company (DTC) ATOP system.
