Justin Olshan Managing Director, Global Service Delivery

Justin Olshan is the Managing Director of Epiq’s Global Service Delivery team. He has over 15 years of eDiscovery experience, including personally handling voluminous/fast-moving matters, and directly leading project management teams charged with supporting complex eDiscovery processing, hosting and review for large corporate and law firm partners.

In his current role, Justin oversees a team of Directors focused on optimizing cross-regional and multi-functional execution for Epiq’s largest corporate partners. His team is charged with program building, including optimizing standards and reporting to promote defensible, repeatable, and cost- efficient approaches in-line with a continuing focus on available technology applications. His team acts as a primary escalation point across all Epiq services provided to designated clients, ensuring compliance with established goals and case requirements.

Additionally, as a senior leader in Epiq Client Services, Justin is responsible for continuous improvement and development for the department. This includes review and enhancement of quality control measures, education in existing and new technologies, training in industry standards and development, and ensuring a uniform, best-in-class approach to project management delivery. 

Education

Justin holds a Bachelor of Arts from SUNY Binghamton and a Juris Doctorate from The University of Miami School of Law and is admitted to practice law in the state of New York. He is a Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) and has been engaged to deliver CLE sessions on eDiscovery best practices at AmLaw top 100 law firms.
