Kate Goff guides financial institutions to systematically reduce legal risk, strengthen regulatory compliance, and improve operational efficiency. She coordinates cross-functional service delivery and designs workflows for specialized data, regulatory, and operational requirements of the highly regulated financial services industry.
She played a central role in building the Epiq dedicated Financial Services Practice Group, ensuring clients work with specialists deeply familiar with financial data types, regulatory constraints, and best practices. Each year, Kate leads the group’s successful management of over several thousand eDiscovery matters for litigations, subpoenas, and investigations for major US, Canadian, and global banks.
Kate received her JD from William & Mary and her BA in Anthropology from the University of Arizona. She is a Relativity Certified Administrator.
