Kate Mailloux Senior Director, Corporate Restructuring

Kate Mailloux is Senior Director of the Corporate Restructuring team and leads our consulting practice.  Kate manages all aspects of chapter 11 bankruptcy case administration, including preparation of the creditor matrix, Schedules of Assets and Liabilities and Statements of Financial Affairs, claims reconciliation and analysis, balloting & solicitation, and disbursements, in addition to providing strategic leadership on all cases.

Kate brings more than 20 years of restructuring experience with clients across various industries.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in finance and economics from James Madison University, and is a member of International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation and Turnaround Management Association.
