Luke Lance Director, Global Service Delivery

Luke is the Director of Global Service Delivery at Epiq, where he provides strategic oversight and management for client accounts. He coordinates resources and functional teams, streamlining efficiencies across global corporate legal programs.

During his tenure at Epiq, Luke has progressed through various roles at both local and national levels, including Production Manager, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, Project Director, and Global Service Delivery Executive. He has managed diverse matters such as complex litigation, arbitrations, mediations, internal and governmental agency investigations, regulatory inquiries, anti-trust cases, and second requests.

For the past nine years, Luke has focused on supporting the legal departments of large institutions through dedicated programs at Epiq. He has specialized in optimizing team delivery, developing and improving processes, ensuring defensibility, providing proactive reporting, and conducting cost reduction analysis and education for these institutions.

Education/Speaking Expertise
Luke holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management from Boise State University. He also earned an Associate of Arts (AA) in Political Science and Government from the College of Western Idaho, graduating Summa Cum Laude. During his studies, he was an active member of Phi Theta Kappa.
