Mario Nikac Director, Global Service Delivery

Mario Nikac is a Director in the Global Service Delivery (GSD) department at Epiq. As a GSD Director, Mario is responsible for ensuring a unique, singular service delivery experience across all regions and Epiq service lines, while also working towards providing new and innovative processes and ideas to meet the current and future needs of his clients.

Nikac has more than 19 years of experience managing electronic discovery projects in multiple environments including service providers and law firms. 

Previous Professional Experience

Mario started in Litigation Support and eDiscovery in 2002, when he joined Glacier Systems as an Assistant Project Manager. In 2004 he joined RLS Legal Solutions and helped establish the NY branch of the company. In 2007, he made the jump from service provider to law firm eDiscovery by joining Jackson Lewis, where he assisted in building out the litigation support department to service over 45 offices nationwide. 

Prior to joining Epiq, he held the role of Senior Project Manager at Sullivan & Cromwell where he was the lead for a wide variety of eDiscovery matters, e.g., regulatory investigations in financial and automotive industries, FCPA matters, class action matters, and litigation cases. The scope of his responsibilities at Sullivan & Cromwell spanned across devising preservation/collection practices for client IT groups, coordination of multiple forensic collections, processing terabytes of data, organizing multiple review workflow streams, and productions of millions of documents for large matters. 

At Epiq, Mario started his career as a Senior Project Manager and was promoted to Project Director before taking on a new responsibility as a Global Service Delivery Director.

Mr. Nikac holds a BA in Political Science from Pace University.
