Nicole Baciuska Director of Engagement Management and Client Solutions

Nicole is Director of Engagement Management and Client Solutions at Epiq Counsel. She has more than 15 years of experience, both in-house and at legal service providers. In her role with Epiq Counsel, she and her team oversee all engagements, and ensure their success both from the client at talent perspectives.

Prior to Nicole's time with Epiq she spent 7 years with Meta, formerly Facebook, in two different roles. Most recently, she was Business Lead and Chief of Staff to the President of the company. In her earlier role, she helped launch the legal operations function, implementing CLM and Knowledge Management tooling, creating contracting workflows, and overseeing outsourced invoice review processes. Before joining Meta she spent 4 years at Axiom, where she was responsible for the success of a handful of the company's largest outsourcing clients. She worked closely with her clients, as well as the teams of attorneys supporting them, to ensure the teams were meeting and exceeding service level expectations. Nicole started her career in consulting; she spent 4 years at Capgemini engaged on transformation projects for AT&T and Sprint Nextel. 

Nicole is located in the North Beach neighborhood of San Francisco. She received a BSc from the University of Virginia, with a major in Commerce and a Minor in Chemistry, and an MBA from the University Oxford.
