Rebecca Yoder Senior Director, Contracts Solutions

Rebecca Yoder is a Senior Director in Epiq’s Contracts Solutions practice, working with legal departments to accelerate business through modernizing contracts operations with strategy and initiatives tailored to their strategic objectives and operating model. With nearly three decades of experience at the intersection of corporate legal operations and technology, she is adept at driving change inside complex global legal teams and helping stakeholders to understand, adopt, and champion new processes.

Prior to Epiq, Rebecca held leadership roles in CLM strategy, enterprise legal systems, and legal department transformation. As an Associate Partner in Spaulding Ridge’s Docusign practice, she expanded the firm’s CLM implementation capabilities, and as a director within Docusign’s Agreement Cloud Strategy Practice, she focused on legal operations modernization. She also spent two decades at Accenture, ultimately serving as Director of Legal Technology, where she led the deployment of enterprise‑scale tools, including CLM, eBilling, document management, and compliance solutions for more than 2,500 legal professionals.

A certified CCM Expert and former WCC Council Member, Rebecca earned her B.A. in Political Science and Government from Hobart and William Smith College.
