Sanjay Manocha is a seasoned executive at the forefront of legal AI innovation and transformation, with over 25 years of entrepreneurial and legal experience. A former practicing lawyer, Sanjay has led strategic initiatives across law firms, startups, and global corporations.
He has held pivotal leadership roles in LegalTech, including general management, sales, and product leadership positions at Laer AI — a litigation AI startup incubated by Sullivan & Cromwell and acquired by Epiq in 2024 — and across the legal AI product portfolio at Conduent (CNDT). Sanjay also founded and scaled N-Tier Discovery, an eDiscovery AI services firm that achieved a successful exit through acquisition.
