Stephanie Fiereck Senior Director of Epiq Legal Noticing

Stephanie Fiereck, Esq. is a senior director of Epiq Legal Noticing, leading the Notice Expert Services team. As a notice expert with over 24 years of legal experience, she consults directly with clients to share her extensive knowledge regarding all aspects of class action noticing.
 
She has written over 1,000 expert notice adequacy declarations, and written or reviewed hundreds of notices, all approved by federal or state courts in the U.S. and courts in Canada. She has a keen understanding of what judges are looking for, and how to withstand judicial scrutiny, satisfy due process, and provide plain language notice to class members.
 
Stephanie holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from St. Cloud State University where she graduated magna cum laude. Stephanie is an active member of the Oregon State Bar.
