Tom Finke is a Managing Director at Epiq, where his responsibilities include leading Epiq Counsel and Epiq’s Contracts Review and Analysis services. Prior to joining Epiq, Tom was the Chief Client Development Officer at the high-stakes litigation boutique Bartlit Beck.

Previously, Tom was a Managing Director at Axiom, where he led a sixty-person business team in the Midwest, Texas and California focused on client development, account management, and attorney recruiting and management. Tom also led a team that won the Association of Corporate Counsel Value Challenge Award for the successful analysis and disposition of 40,000 contract documents in connection with Kraft’s spin-off from Mondelez.

Tom serves as an adjunct professor at Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, where he teaches a class on the role of in-house counsel. 

Tom started his career as a corporate associate at Sidley Austin, is a graduate of Northwestern University’s JD/MBA program and holds a BA from Claremont McKenna College.
