Yelena Chervinsky Director of Risk Consulting 

As Director of Risk Consulting within Epiq Law Firm Advisory,  Yelena equips global law firms to optimize operations, manage risk, and maximize business performance. With over three decades in the legal industry, Yelena specializes in risk management, information governance, and operational transformation.

Before Epiq, Yelena was at Intapp, working for 12 years as a Senior Principal Consultant and for three years prior to that as a Risk Advisory Director. Throughout that time, Yelena worked closely with Am Law 100 firms to modernize intake, conflicts, terms, and information barrier operations through technology-enabled solutions. Her experience includes rescuing complex initiatives, securing strong executive sponsorship, delivering measurable and sustainable change, and helping firms succeed in their technology adoption.

Yelena received a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Hunter College and in 2025 completed The Wharton School’s Strategic Operations Management Program.
